We use only the purest, cleanest seed blends available to assure that you get a thick and healthy lawn.  We do not use coarse blade or annual grass that will die out in the fall.  We apply 30% more seed for a denser, lush lawn.  Most hydroseeding companies plant only 2-5 pounds of seed per     1000 square feet.  We plant 7-10 pounds per 1000 square feet to ensure that your lawn comes up quick and thick.

At Modern Scapes we use a specially formulated hydroseed fertilizer that will assure a healthy start.  Our fertilizer is designed specifically for the hydroseed process to give your lawn the nutrients it needs to grow lush and healthy.
